Reverends Nyambura and Ayub Muthama are the founders of Hope for the Nations Ministries. They are ordained ministers and are committed to the call of Christ to go to the world and reach souls.

The International Board comprises of the founders and individuals who have committed to serve and to contribute financial support towards the various missions of the ministry.​ The board makes sure the resources are distributed accordingly in nations where Hope for the Nations is reaching.
